Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the okwin33 website accessible at okwin33.onl along with all services offered on it. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers or uses the Platform. "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Player. "Company" or "we" refers to the operator of the okwin33 Platform.

"Bonus" refers to any credit, added value or promotional benefit granted to a Player. "Wagering" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus value can be converted into withdrawable cash.

Registration and Account Eligibility

To register an account at okwin33, a Player must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not hold more than one active account at any time.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a country that prohibits online gambling.

okwin33 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity such as MyKad, passport or other supporting documents for the purpose of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

okwin33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is confirmed.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment account details are accurate and belong to them.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account that has been verified and registered under the same name as the okwin33 account.

okwin33 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are beyond okwin33's control.

Welcome Bonus and Promotion Terms

okwin33 offers a welcome bonus to new members who complete their first deposit. This bonus provides a 120% match on the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM833 → Bonus RM1,000 (cap) → Account balance RM1,833 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

Any attempt to exploit or abuse the promotions system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All Players are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, fair manner and to respect other users and okwin33 staff. The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using false information, another person's identity or forged documents during registration.
• Engaging in any money laundering activity or transactions suspected of being linked to illegal activities.
• Distributing offensive, inciting or inappropriate content through the Platform's communication channels.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the Platform for personal gain without reporting them to okwin33.

Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, balance freezing and, where necessary, legal proceedings.

VIP Programme and Cashback

okwin33 operates a multi-tier VIP programme designed to reward loyal players. The programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on overall playing activity. okwin33 reserves the right to review a Player's VIP status from time to time based on recent activity. Cashback will be credited to the account according to the set schedule and is subject to the relevant wagering requirements.

Privacy and Data Protection

okwin33 prioritises Player privacy and protects all personal information in accordance with the established Privacy Policy. Information collected during the registration process and use of the Platform will be used solely for operational purposes, identity verification, payment processing and service improvement.

Account Suspension and Closure

okwin33 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure by the Player to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• A request from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• A voluntary request from the Player themselves to close the account.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, okwin33 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with suspected unlawful activity while an investigation is conducted. Clean and legitimate balances will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The okwin33 Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we endeavour to ensure the service operates without interruption, okwin33 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, free from technical errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

okwin33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: technical disruptions beyond our control, normal gambling outcomes, or use of the Platform that is contrary to these Terms & Conditions. Players are fully responsible for the gambling decisions they make.

Customer Service and Complaint Resolution

The okwin33 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in Malay and English. Players with any enquiries, concerns or complaints related to the Platform may contact us through these channels.

For formal complaints, Players are required to submit full complaint details via email. okwin33 will investigate each complaint thoroughly and provide a response. If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body appointed under our international licensing framework.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

okwin33 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform.

It is the Player's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended terms. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated each time an amendment is made.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

okwin33 operates under an international licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the local laws applicable in their respective country or region. okwin33 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. If use of the Platform is prohibited in a Player's location, the Player is required to cease use immediately.
